These Terms of Use apply to Kire Apps websites and to Kire Apps apps that link to these terms. By using a covered app or website, you agree to these terms.

Using the apps

Kire Apps grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the platform where you obtained it.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems that are not provided to you, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or platform rules.

Brick Buster and platform services

Brick Buster is provided as a game for personal entertainment. It may optionally use Apple Game Center features such as leaderboards, achievements, or saved-game syncing when you sign in. Those features are subject to Apple’s terms and availability.

Ownership

Kire Apps and its original content, software, names, and designs are owned by Erik or their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Availability and changes

Apps and websites may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. Kire Apps may update, suspend, or discontinue an app or feature at any time. We’ll try to keep descriptions accurate, but we do not promise that an app will always be error-free or available on every device.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kire Apps provides the apps and websites “as is” and disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kire Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of a covered app or website.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the apps evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
